Excellent service. Girl who works the day shift is super friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel can be hard to find but the price was decent and our room was very clean.

Good rooms, not too expensive, very central! A good place to stay when you're in Granada! It's in total 20 minutes from Alhambra, 10 minutes with the bus and a little bit of walking! Ideal if you love sightseeing.

What can I say this place is fabulous!! Great decor, great staff, great breakfast, great rooms, great cleaning staff and many activity areas on site!!! Not to mention, in a great location, near Maese Pío (restaurant), greatest paella in granada as well as the hotel being near everything.

They've put us to a room by the street. We requested to switch the room to somewhere more secluded but the staff was somewhat reluctant to do it citing that they had a full booking that day. They eventually switched our room after inspecting we did not touch anything in the room.

Great hotel, excellent services, staff are really friendly, helpful and nice!I booked a room with good view and it was very very clean. Also, they have a spa in the same building they provide some offers for residence.
