This organized, they gave us direction to the first room and we were not able to find it, second room was dirty, floors bathrooms you could see the dirt, towels worn, kitchen not very well stock, silverware and cook ware.
Water heater not set correctly either super hot water or ice cold, manage to change settings and take a shower.
Wi-Fi difficult to connect to a very weak signal and extra slow speed if you were able to connect.
I would not recommend this place to anyone of my friends at any rateresponse / report this review -

The service in this hotel is really good. They have amusement characters to entertain the kids during dinner, the food quality is wonderful. Way better than other hotels. The mattress are comfortable, you will sleep well. The rooms are not properly sound isolated tough. Also the "spa" consist in just a pool, 4 jacuzzi and a dry sauna, wich is ok. Overall: very nice, I would recommend it. Marina d'or is a nice place to go on a relax trip for vacation.
