this is the view from our room. it was so close that i had to kneel to take the photo. it's amazing how close it is to the historical sites! also it is very clean. i highly recommend it.

Basically it is OK.The final touch in furniture maintenance is missing. (Leaking pipe, scratched bath tub.)
Very cumbersome arrangement with luggage transport.
Great choice of tea for breakfast (which is rare in this country.)
Have to walk stairs if on ground floor!

The main reason to stay here is the incredibly convenient location. It's right on the square with the Mesquita and we found being able to pop in and out tremendously useful. Aside from that there is a lovely patio area and the rooms are set far enough back from the street that noise didn't seem to be a problem.

I walked in without a reservation and was greeted in English by Marta, a manager, who gave me a great deal for a 2-night stay -- then when I got to my room, which was amazing, I looked out the window to find a view of the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba! This place is magical and the hotel made it memorable -- lastly, a complimentary breakfast buffet that was top-notch :-)

Modest in terms of amenities, it is clean and well run with a 5-star location. Not only did I receive a room with a view of the World Heritage Mezquita as requested with my online reservation, my son received a free upgrade and was offered a room next door to mine! The value was unbeatable.

4 star overnight hotel for the price of 2 stars! Great breakfast. Located in the back of an industrial area so quite far away from the city center.
