Very nice hotel, simple, cosy and clean. Excellent location. Does not include breakfast. The staff is very nice.

Tried to reserve parking by email before arriving, but they never responded and didn't hold a spot, so we didn't know if we had parking lot not when we got there. Location was good, room was clean, but air conditioning did not work well enough. Staff spoke no English so could not be of much help.

Nice room and good location. Odd that the staff needs to take your keys at reception whenever you leave the hotel, and the receptionist speaks no English. One light was burnt out in the room and the AC wasn't simple to operate. Otherwise very comfortable for a few nights, good wifi and comfortable bed. Safe included in room.

There are still humans between us!!! After we arrived in the hotel, we were told that we do not have a reservation?!?!? I was shocked!!!! I checked it, yes, there is a confirmation for the same day . oh wait a sec, damn, I have somehow managed to book a room for the same date, but one month later and because of the events a lot of hotels are sold out. Damn! Damn! Damn! It's already 19 o'clock and we still have no room to stay in - I thought. BUT the woman from Don Paula Hotel interrupted my destructive thoughts. She told me something in Spanish, which I didn't understand, but she showed me the computer - She wrote in google translation - The hotels in Cordoba are currently full, but don't worry, we will find something. After that she picked up the phone - she arrange it to cancel my false reservation for the next month - WITH NO COSTS FOR ME!!! And after that, she continued to phone here and there to find us an affordable accommodation. and she did it!!! We had a room couple of hundred metres away. But the humanity does not end up here, the traffic in Cordoba is pretty "chaotic" (as the women from Don Paul hotel described it) in order not to drive around for a lot of kilometers , searching for the right direction, she just came with us and led us to the other hotel.
Before jumping in the car, she gave me and my wife a bottle of water(man it was 40°C outside I need it soo much ) The humans do exist!!! If someday I visit Cordoba once again (that's pretty possible I like the city a lot) I know where to stay in - Don Paula Hotel!!! (hopefully I'll book this time the correct dates :) :) :) )response / report this review -

We have only passes one night there, but the experience was great. The beds are really confortable and the room is clean. The hotel has Wi-Fi too, so you can look for information of the city there.

Very quiet and impeccable rooms, and a SUPER helpful owner (Rocio). The hotel's location is perfect, about 5-10 minutes walking to all major attractions. Highly recommended.

The young man there, is a very friendly host. Bathroom is quite small, but very nice and clean. Room nice with dark wood paneling. The town is feeling the economic pinch and this hostal was good value. The Mezuita and alcazar are more than worth seeing.
