A great hotel and location in Old Town! We decided after checking in to ask about a room upgrade and got 319, the rooftop room with a Terrace overlooking the entire Town! Just made the stay incredible! Breakfast was good, self service but we'll appointed.

Located in the old town, it's a great place to base yourself from while discovering Cuenca.
Receptionist was a bit frosty at first, and my room was based on the 1st floor by the main stairwell, which meant that from 9.30 am, I could hear everything that was going on outside of it.
Not great, when you want a bit of a lie in.

Interesting room with no view due to the window being so high. Still a quirky room with oak beams. Staff friendly and English speaking Breakfast is really good

Few issues with room. Sticking main door and bathroom door. Can hear neighbouring guests using toilet. Breakfast good but lunch and dinner only served in bar area. Service not of a 4 star rating.

Comodo con unas vistas estupendas de trato muy muy cordial. Todo estupendo entre semana casi a mitad de su precio normal. Nos vamos muy contentos

Habitaciones muy grandes. En pleno centro histórico. Se oye mucho la ducha de las habitaciones contiguas. Dificultad para aparcar el coche aunque tienen acuerdo con un parking cercano. Conveniente valorar si es mejor aparcar en el parking del barrio del castillo que no esta demasiado lejos

Demasiado ruido de las habitaciones colindantes (se oye todo!!!) y la falta de persianas hace que entre luz demasiado pronto la cama un poco dura, xo no estaba mal. Variedad de almohadas y personal amable. Las amenities deberían cambiarlas, son bastante pobres de calidad

We checked in late at night for a one night stay, the service was fast, polite and friendly. We got a great night sleep . The only thing that can be mentioned against our experience is that our room faced the street that at times was a bit noisy.

Everything is OK. Nothing bad and you get what you pay for. Rooms are quite large. You are right where you want to be for exploring old part of Cuenca.
