  Cleanliness can be improved. Phone in the room does not work and when the receptionist was informed, they alreay knew and did not care to fix the problem. Parking fee of 10€ per night for an extremely tight parking lot. Also has an extremely lengthy check in process, and payment has to be made during check-in. Staff should be trained better, they do not offer help nor solutions to any basic problems such as the phone problem mentioned above. Infrastructure also needs to be taken care of, walls and floor are slightly dirty (stained) and contain holes and dents.
  Only plus side is it's cheap and well located.

  The best location in Badajos. Everything was in a walking distance.
  The 10€ parking per night at the premises was very comfortable!!

  No esta mal, el desyuno muy bien.
  La pena la decoracion, si los remates les hubieran hecho con un poco mas de gusto y cariño, podia ser un hotelazo, mejoren la decoracion y diseño y ganaran en estilo y comodidad.

  Mala experiencia en este hotel,estuve cuatro noches y la última sin pastilla de jabón en el baño.Descuelgo el teléfono para llamar a recepción y no funciona.
  En la página donde reserve decía que tenía cafetería y al llegar allí me encuentro que te ponen café y donuts en la recepción.
  Lo bueno de este hotel es su ubicación en el centro de Badajoz y mi habitación era amplia.

  It is very well situated on the old city center.
  Prices are cheap and rooms are small but clean amd cosy.
  Wi fi and tv available on the room.
  Breakfast not included.
  Also parking fee is 10 euros, very high considering the rooms' price, but there are no other places nearby and cars are not alowed on city center
