Lovely hotel. Great seating areas on the ground floor with large comfortable chairs & sofas. Very clean friend staff. Large garden & pool areas outside.

Close to the beach, marina, good bus service. The hotel is a nice relaxing place to be.

I stopped at Best Triton for a night of rest to continue my journey next day.
At around 11 PM guests from the next room arrived and to my surprise I could hear loud and clear their whole conversation, noise insulation was literally non existant. The worst part came when one of the neighbours went to the bathroom and I was hearing all the bathroom noises (If you know what I mean) as if he was next to me.
Apparently the room I was in and the next one are joined and only separated by two thin wooden doors (photo attached)
After I went to the desk to explain my problem and leave (since I couldnt get rest anyway), I did not get an offer to change the room, I did not get a compensation or refund, I even didn't get an apology, all I got was "OK have a good trip" I left the hotel around 12.30 PM and had to keep driving at night after my failed rest attempt.
One of my worst experiencies and treatment in a suppousedly 4 star hotel. The room affected by the problem was 418 in case management wants to do something about the issue.

Just home from this hotel.Its a lovely Hotel. We where upgraded to a superior room.lol which was fantastic. Staff all lovely friendly and helpful. Fantastic location for Marina.loved everything about it.will definitely be back.small suggestion is a kettle in the room.

Just returned from hotel , room was by far the best room we have ever stayed in anywhere. The views were amazing and the bed really comfortable. The staff are very good and the hotel is really clean, the choice and quality of food is first class only down side to the restaurant is at times it can seem very crowded due to the layout, but really can't fault the hotel .

Best hotel in southern Spain! Been coming for 18 years and it still has the friendliest staff, great breakfasts, recently refurbished rooms all situated in such a wonderful location!! Would never leave if I had the choice!

Large hotel with friendly staff. Our room was in an annex overlooking the pools, it was large and kept very clean. The bathroom could have done with being a little bigger but otherwise excellent. Food was great with a very wide selection to choose from and quick service. The hotel has a good outdoor area with three pools and deck chair area. There is also access directly onto the promenade and beach through a locking security gate using your room key.

This hotel is one of my favorites in benalmadina, lovely staff, breakfast is amazing so much to chose from.
