Been to this hotel many times a clean budget hotel very relaxing pool side getting a sun bed never a problem, food on the whole very good but sometimes a little on the cold side need to warm in micro, getting water for meal at evening meal was very slow,, due to hardly any staff waiting' on tables. But don't let this put you off a good quite hotel in a good location very near to beach and shops..

Expedia messed up our meal plan here, but hotel staff were very helpful. Food is pretty basic but nothing you wouldn't expect from a hotel buffet, the dining room is a bit of a battle royale at times. Rooms are not modern but comfortable enough. Seems like British travel agents have stopped selling this place as most guests were Spanish or Russian, but we had no issues communicating with staff

Terrible hotel. Only stay here if u have no other alternative. Noise outside our room until 2am. Loud music and a spanish woman shouting into a microphone. Not what you want with two over tired young kids. Wifi signal is poor at best and breakfast is a shambles. No decent coffee for coffee addicts! Room was very basic but clean. That is the best I can say about the best hotel. Its not the best. And the lobby smells of sick. Overall terrible experience.

brilliant ;great stay was there 10th Sept 2015 all inclusive' clean hotel 'always something 2 eat "even 4 fussy eater like myself ,brilliant bar the cocktails r brill and all the staff were polite and friendly, especially the bar staff_ the young girl who does the entertainment is first class and is a brilliant singer ,will b back next year with hubby and grandson

Ants in the room, low quality food at breakfast, noise until midnight from the pool, smell from the drains in the bathroom, mildew in the rooms at the ground floor.
