  Great hotel for the money. Good facilities, nice pool, clean rooms and car parking. The seaview rooms are great.

  Very mixed review from here really. Most of the staff were very friendly and others not so. We were given a family room over looking the pool, which I think most of the rooms do.
  
  We had explained that our mother is disabled but we were still put at a real distance from all amenities and dining areas, meaning she had to hire a scooter costing 150 euros. When we spoke to them at reception about the distance we were answered with "Well you asked for a pool view and we gave you that free". The room was tight with two doubles pushed together but very clean.
  
  The food was delicious and the waiting staff very pleasant. Plenty of variety with a different theme each evening.
  
  The entertainment was predominantly aimed at the children, which started very late meaning any adult entertainment was too late for us and was very short on the odd occasion we waited for it.
  
  In conclusion and in my own opinion. If you're going as a family with small children, then this may suit. As an adult holiday then not for me. If there's not sufficient entertainment, then it's nice to take a walk to local bars etc but the Hotel isn't close enough to anywhere for that.

  Lovely hotel beside the sea. Rooms well appointed with big beds, balconies, full bathrooms, safes and fridges.
  All spotlessly clean
  Buffet meals with lots of choice and occasional theme nights with some dishes from another country added to the choice available (we had China...very nice)

  Just across a fairly busy main road to the beach modern well equipped hotel very nice staff gave us a room round the back of hotel had to pay extra for pool & beach view.

  Nice pool wifi ok not brilliant though rooms clean with large beds no kettle so you can't have a cup of tea breakfast was poor

  We were delayed coming to Almeria Airport and missed our transfer to Best Oasis however we met a amusing gentleman name of Joe who work for Thomas Cook a British Travel Company who gave us a lift to Best Oasis Tropical for free, Thanks Joe. I Guess I'm Spoiled Coming From The US because this hotel has no ice machines on each floor as they do in the states. I was told to go across the street to a convenient store in I wanted ice! I simply went to their bar and got ice in a cup.This being for first time in Spain or Europe all hotels seem to have a master electric switch on wall by entry door this one you has to use your card key to turn on electric for lights and air conditioning, so we got 3 keys one for us two and one for switch, I hated to come to room after a hot day and have room hot too. There a local bus stop about 3 blocks from hotel which does a circular route of about 8 stops for 1.20 euro, and a regional bus that does 7 cities and cost depend on town you want to go to. Their pools are good however bring your own towel. The beach does a European flare with top less women. Breakfast buffet (7:45am to 10:00am to good however it seems the same each day, however the dinner buffet (8pm to 10pm has a different theme each night.
