A lovely hotel with a distinctive style and decor. Staff were helpful. I had a spacious room with a balcony. Clean and tastefully furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had nice shower gel etc. but I would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are very well appointed, beds and pillows comfortable and shower is awesome! Hotel lobby is beatifull, with a restaurant, pastry shop and upscale barber. Staff are very friendly and professional and eager to help. Location is great also located south side of the park offering easier access to get in and out of the center of the city. There was a wedding on a second day we arrived, which was a neat experience to watch having windows facing inside the hotel courtyard. We like to stay tidy when we travel and don't need daily room service - I like that hotel respects the privacy and nobody enters once I put the sign up. Bravo!

Hotel was outside the old part of town but it was a short drive over. It is close to the river which makes for nice walks. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious enough and modern. Did not try the main restaurant but did spend time at the cafe that is part of it. Great for a quick breakfast, happy hour or some tapas! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking is downstairs and it is not included in the fare; tight space for our big vehicle but it was doable with some patience. The price point for the stay was great. I liked the vibe of the hotel.

Our stay at the Astoria was so lovely. Our room was great. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful and your bartenders were excellent.

Well equipped rooms, always cleaned to the highest standards..
Efficient, knowledgeable, helpful reception staff with nothing being too much trouble. Slightly away from Centre but adequate bars nearby.
Great food in bar and enjoyable breakfast.

We stayed at Astoria 7 for 5 nights and we had a fantastic time. The hotel couldn't have done any more for us. Very polite & helpful staff. Our room was super clean and modern. The hotel was in a perfect location - a good distance for a light stroll into the town. All in all an amazing stay! Thank you

I enjoyed my stay very much. Very comfortable room, great breakfast, beautiful lobby and great people at the lobby. I recommend this hotel to anybody wishes to visit beautiful city of San Sebastian.

Friendly and helpful staff! This hotel is within walking distance to most points of interest in San Sebastian. The hotel is clean, comfortable and uniquely decorated with each room named and decorated after a movie star. The hotel has parking onsite or nearby.

Beautiful Hotel ! Very friendly staff that provided excellent and service. Everyone knew my name and used it. The rooms were very clean and house keeping did a great job through out the stay.
