Ok hotel, but not exceptional. Based on mass tourism. Large uninspired breakfast and dinner buffets. Few and slow coffee and juice machines result in long queues. The location is two kilometers from town in a suburban area.

We arrived late in the evening with a problem in our reservation (actually my fault) the staff did a great job and found a quick solution for us to stay. Rooms slightly outdated but service actually makes out for it.

A nice hotel however obviously catered more towards middle aged. Drinks are a reasonable price however we were very dissatisfied with the food. Breakfast has very little choice and what little there is is very poor quality (i.e stale bread days in a row, cold eggs, very poor quality ham and bacon). We felt the best food available at breakfast was the fruit, sometimes, and the croissants. Room cleaned every day, balcony not cleaned at all. Air conditioning was very good in that we woke up several times through the night too cold, bearing in mind it was 38 degrees outside! Another note to those who are considering staying here is to research the area prior to booking, a car is essential.
All in all a pleasant stay but will not be back.response / report this review -

Litter not picked up around the pool from the previous day. The hotel is running a summer school which meant approx 50 children doing organised activities i the pool and surrounding areanot a relaxing place to be. Staff were excellent but the management needs to step upbuffet table from breakfast still in the entrance hall at 1pm

Hotel is nice, but the air conditioning is practically non-existent, which is a deal breaker in 40 C weather in summer.

Esta en una muy buena ubicación de Antequera. El interior es espectacular, con una cafeteria, una plaza con una piscina y un chiringuito o un salon enorme donde acudí al evento de mi graduación. El servicio fue genial, tanto en la cena como en la discoteca.

Do not recommended this hotel to couples in 20-30s, it is very dated with urgent need of maintenance. Activities are towards a bit older people, they have music until 12pm. Breakfast is very basic. I slept here after caminito del rei.
