  Large hotel in the central part of Burgos. Good option if you are staying in Burgos on your camino.

  Very unhelpful and uncaring, and ignoring guest's concern regarding missing shower door panel, broken outer, mechanical shower window shade,and request for clean towels, and unwelcoming desk clerk reception, and lack of drinking water availability when requested.
