Very nice place, incredible location in front of the cathedral, nice rooms but a little noisy. Things to fix: the shower, it was a bit broken.

Very good restaurant. Quite and comfortable. Food was excellent. There is a great variety of dishes and menus.

I went to have lunch with my whole family. The waiters were very kind and helpful. They have different daily menus with several prices, all including two main courses. One of them is a children menu for less than 10€. Spectacular salads, and beef steaks from Avila. The bill for 4 people, including a children menu and an expensive menu including a beef Chuletón, costed less than 60€. Really cheap for what we ate.

En agosto nos dieron una habitacion con aire acondicionado roto,nos quejamos y nos digeron que salieramos un rato mientras lo arreglavan cuando volvimos no avia nadie subimos ala habitacion y no hicieron nada el aire seguia roto fue un horror esa noche.

La experiencia bastante mal, no sabían si les quedaba una mesa libre, nos hemos tenido que ir a un rincón, del "les tomo nota" aquí se ha pasado a "todavía no les puedo coger nota" , absurdo. La atención deja mucho que desear, tienes que mendigar para que te atiendan. La comida, bueno, ni bien ni mal, del montón, el chuletón frío ( pides que lo calienten, y te miran como si fueses tonto) guarnición de patatas??, si, 3 rodajas de patata. En fin, nos gusta viajar con niños, pero desde luego aquí no volvemos, una lastima, porque está en el lugar perfecto.

Buena relación calidad-precio. Aunque los baños necesitan una mejora. Se oye bastante el ruido de fuera. Muy céntrico, con habitaciones con vistas a la muralla y el servicio muy amable.
