Good location, excellent staff but rooms looks an old granny's room. Needs up gradation. Both night and morning staff was excellent and helpful, although.

The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very polite and really nice. The position is perfect, near the metro and the bus station.

I have stayed in the private room but with shared bathroom. It is separate for men and women. There are no locks for the toilets and shower is too dirty to take shower. The walls in the room has a lot of white marks. The curtains are extremely dirty. There are a lot of noises coming from street at night. I felt so disappointed of my choice. I don’t recommend to anyone.

Totally horrible attitude & customer experience.

While Rooms are reasonably clean, but the noise from the street & adjacent rooms are not acceptable.
Windows are not double-layered and every few minutes or so, traffic noise is so bad that I can hardly rest properly. I stayed up nearly the entire night

We had 2 bookings, but just stayed 1 night. The 2nd night, i requested for cancellation as I cannot rest due due to the noise. Eveb requested Agoda to request for good-will exception. Guess what?
They rather take away the €60 & ignored our honest feedback and request. All they said is non-refundable.
Such is the standard of the hotel manangement, €60.

Their reputation is worth that level.

Not worth the cost, seriously even if it at half this price, I will not stay again!. I have recorded the road noise.
