I was admitted 1 week ago, with kidney failure. The staff and the care I received was second to none. Thank you so much.
My thanks to the staff &doctor who treated me yesterday .1st class facilities and care ..well done torrevieja.
My husband ended up here with Kidney Failure while on holidays. Absolutely fantastic care. Best hospital we have ever been in . Brilliant Staff
Took a friend who was feeling very poorly at 2355 to this hospital and I have to say they where very helpful and understanding.
We left 5 hours later with her feeling very relieved that someone had dealt with her in such professional manner with information about her condition as well as drugs to sort out the issue.
Thank you
Appalling care. As a doctor back in the UK, I am honest in my knowledge that this hospital is unsafe and dangerous. Whilst it might be shiny and new. The medical care is substandard and does not follow up to date medical guidelines. The nursing care is even worse with patients left without water or nutrition. I have worked in countless NHS hospitals and never witnessed care as poor and dangerous as what I have witnessed here. Good luck if you get admitted here - you'll need it.
Fantastic, brilliant great and experienced staff thankyou for your attention, including the ambulance crew.
A modern, clean and efficient hospital. I hope you don't need to visit.
Absolute fantastic, I truly believe you saved my life Thank you all so very much
I recently fell at home on my lethal marble stairs and broke my arm and cut my leg . From arriving in accident and emergency through to all the different departments and later 3 appointments with the consultant via text messages and follow up phone calls to remind of me of my appointments plus the latest one I received yesterday for a follow up rehabilitation appointment, I would like to say I cannot fault the service that I have so far received. I speak a little Spanish but had no need to as everyone spoke English to me . I had time between appointments for my ex rays and seeing the consultant so decided to have a coffee in the cafe , I got a phone call from the consultant saying he could see me earlier but he told me not to rush and to finish my coffee and come up and knock on his door when I was ready. Although of course I would rather not have had my accident at least the service that I have had so far has been fantastic. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for taking care of me .

This is the public hospital with an accident and emergency department. Waiting times in A&E can be long but that is because they get very busy, especially in high season. In the hospital wards everyone gets a private room with en-suit. There is very little none Spanish TV and no WiFi anywhere, take a good book if you are staying. On the bottom floor near the main entrance is a very nice cafeteria that seems to have some food available at all times.
