It's was my first visit today to Cenyt Hospital Very professional and kind people working there! Start with attentive receptionist, X-Ray staff, staff in Cast department did a splendid job with my brocken foot, so very greateful! And special Thank you to traumatologist Doctor Jorge García Donaire!
Kindly recommend to everyone this Hospital!
Only one thing that I can say that maybe could be changed It's no parking! My husband had to drop me by the door and go look for somewhere to park Only pay parking was available
Besides that little problem everything else was EXELENT!

Having booked an appointment for an MRI scan and X-rays to both hands and pelvis, also, having checked with Sanitas, my insurance company, to see if I needed permission, I was advised I did not need any permission, for the X-rays nor the scan. I kept the appointment, turned up at the correct time, to be told my insurance card was rejected, and I need permission to have the scan and X-rays. I explained that I had been to Sanitas to check on the permission, and none was needed. The clinic boasts they speak English, however, neither of the receptionists would speak to me in English, one had a very bad attitude. I left and went to nearby Clinica Del Rio where my card worked perfectly, they did my X-rays there and then without an appointment, and the staff are very professional and helpful. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Cenyt. The first time was in 2014 when I was admitted as an emergency in the early hours of the morning in a semi conscious state. I was left for several hours then sent to the Quiron clinic in Marbella where I was put on life support machine. My jewellery was taken off me in the Cenyt clinic, and one piece was missing. It took me two visits to Cenyt before they found the missing piece, which was made especially for me, and was a one off. After I explained this to them, and sent a picture, the piece was miraculously found a couple of days later.
My Spanish is quite good, but prefer legal and medical matters to be dealt with in English. I will now cancel my physio appointments with Cenyt and rebook somewhere else.

Awful service!!!! If you have an emergency, better go elsewhere not even the telephone operators are available. the emergency response unit is never there and automated recorded systems don´t really help do they.the worst ever in Estepona.

3am, better not be a death threatening emergency, because you'll wait at the door until they wake up to open it. No bleeding? no blackout? then probably nothing. Nevermind, you came here at this hours because you were bored. Really?!

Thank you Cenyt. I've been to all private clinics around and you are simply the best. All the doctors I've visited at your hospital (ginecologo, allergologo, GP, dermatologo) are real professionals.
