Having been dealing with estate agents for many years it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Holmes. Professional and attentive are things that are almost a premium to some businesses, but it is the norm at Holmes. Thank you!

Do not use this company. They are not to be trusted. They have a poor review score of 3.2 and it is only that high because the employees have self reviewed at 5star. Please see the attached photos. The photos show the employees Linkedin accounts v the review. They are not even smart enough to use a pseudonym so I wouldn't trust them with your property.

It seems very hypocritical that they would threaten negative reviewers with legal action for giving false reviews, when they themselves have been giving false reviews. I have found at least 3 reviews for this company to have come from the employees, two of which I met face to face during my holiday, so if they threaten me with legal action for this review, I would be happy to give a statement that they work for Holmes and have given self reviews. I have taken the liberty of photographing the Holmes Property replies to negative reviews just incase they wish to retract the comments.
I don't even need to go into the atrocious service we received from them as this speaks for itself.

If you want to buy or sell house in Sotogrande Holmes is definitely the place to go! The real estate agents are great and there are many choices of houses I definitely recommend going if you want to buy or sell a house!
