Hard Rock Cafés have always, for me, been hard to recommend. Do not get me wrong, the food is good, staff are helpful, food arrives promptly - but the Hard Rock experience is what you pay for, not the food, and in all honesty, I find it a hard sell. Number one, we had to wait an hour, paying out 8€ for a red wine and a coke. The coke was watered down some, and comprised of 40% ice, 60% coke. The wine was, for 4€, unremarkable. The food (We had the Hickory burger and the Chicken Club sandwich) was good, came in about thirty minutes, but, again, for the 30€ we paid for the food plus a water, unremarkable. I would give my burger a 7/10 (so still very good) however the sandwich, while cooked, arrived cold. The waitress and waiters, while helpful, were pushy, and trying to move us along as fast as possible. So in resume, yes a good experience, but I could have a better, bigger burger, plus more fries for a similar price, drinks included, and not be pushed around, or have to wait for an hour and a half for my food. The Hard Rock experience is a good one, but one that should be experienced once.

I would rate it higher, because the usual quality of Hard Rock Cafes are there. What makes this one annoying is how busy it is, coupled with a disinterest from the staff greeting you. I stood at the entrance for a few minutes, the hostess just ignored me completely, eventually greeting and reassuring the couple that came after us. When we tried to get her attention, she just made herself look busy. If you walk in to the bar area and ask for help, they say you can only be seated from the front. Back to square one. Disappointing from a Hard Rock which didn't seem to "love all serve all". As a loyal Hard Rock customer i definately felt cheated. The Rock store was good though with good service, which gives back one star to this rating

Went there for a quick refreshing beverage and a little gift shopping. Great service, food and drinks a little overpriced, and amazing decorations as usual. "Rock shop" is quite spacious and organized here, one of the best even with a limited item variety.

My drink was Strawberry Basil Lemonade, pretty decent in flavor and with chunks of real strawberry (a little hard to get out because of the enormous amount of ice, though). Good flavor anyway

Awful!! So many good places in Madrid - don't go here!
The decor is old and tired which is surprising as I have been to so many great Hard Rocks across the world you will be left disappointed. The layout of the restaurant is awkward but more importantly the food was terrible. It was served cold, all four dishes. As I had already started, two of us kept our luke warm dishes but two were sent back. The hamburger was recooked but still came back only warm and the chicken was returned but warmed up instead of a fresh meal with additional BBQ sauce spread over the bit that was cut away.
For the prestige of the company and the cost of the food this was terrible. We received 50% of the food bill as an apology but as three of us left over half our food I still consider this to be expensive.
Customer service was really good but still I wouldn't recommend here.

Delicious food, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Had the local legend burger and it didn't disappoint! Recommend the Parmesan and garlic fries!

So happy we found this place. Had little trouble finding good food in Madrid.
Place was packed both times we ate there. We were so hungry we just sat at the bar and ordered. Bartender was great very personable and full of life. Enjoyed talking to him. Drinks were perfect. Food was hot. Service was fast.
