This hotel was spectacular! Directly across the street from the Guggenheim. Our view was amazing. The bedding was so comfortable and breakfast was also very satisfying. I would definately return.

Great hotel with very good location next to Guggenheim Museum. We stayed here with our family for a couple days and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a good room at a great rate considering the location and the quality of the hotel.
The restaurant, the terrace as well as the bar can also be recommended. Overall a wonderful experience!response / report this review -

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was five star. It was close to everything. Across the street from the museum. I never thought hotel service could be so good. Felt like a king.

One of my favorite hotels ever. Design was fantastic, rooms and turndown we're impeccable. Glorious bathrooms. Great location. Incredible gym and spa! So sad to leave and will recommend to everyone traveling to Bilbao.

Great location across from the Guggenheim. Beautiful view from restaurant. Relatively expensive standard double with no natural light or air. Noise was a problem. The inadequately sound insulated windows face the light well which is open to the reception area below and its noises. The rattling service carts in the hallway added to the lack of ambiance. The hotel smelled heavily of air freshener. The high grade bathroom fixtures needed maintenance.

This hotel is incredible -- we had a perfect view of the Guggenheim, and the room (and bed) was massive. Great shower and amenities. Really, it was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, and was incredibly affordable.

A decent hotel right across from the Guggenheim - probably the best in Bilbao but is probably not a 5-star property as rated.

Good hotel close opposite the Guggenheim, but more like a 4 star property. A lot of the rooms only have windows to the noisy atrium and the fitness room is small.
