1 star review just to notice: Unfriendly girl’s customer service (unfortunately forgot her name on a badge) made us regret of visiting this store. We spent 600 euros in this store within 2 days. First day was excellent, when we were met by two men and we were very happy to buy a new Billabong surf suit. Attention and politeness to every customer were at excellent level. Second day, we met a girl, who seems not to be interested in selling at all. The only thing she was caring about is the quantity of chosen suits for wearing. She forbade us trying on more than one suit that was ridiculous. We had to argue with her explaining that the day before there were not restrictions about it. After that argument she helped us to find a suitable size of surf shoes just by throwing boxes from the shelves to the ground. This was very rude and stupid. That is how one girl with her own issues can spoil the impression of the good surf shop. Very good product choice and quality. Almost everything is perfect. If you read this review (girl), then please just quit. Leave the store, make it excellent place to buy surf equipment. Date and time of purchase 18 dec, ~ 17:00.
