My partner brought me a lovely neckless from there which I wasn't keen on so went back the next day and they was happy to exchange this for a ring I liked. I had the ring 2days and I caught it on the door and miss shaped the ring and the stone had come out. I went back and said they will send it away to get repaired and post this to me in England. Pleased to say my ring has been fixed and my friend was out there and made sure it was sorted for them tdo bring home. But still had faith I would received this just would of had to wait 3-4 weeks. Great service.
