  Good to have a fnac there but it is fairly small. Didn't like that one of the sales person insisting on speaking to me in Catalan while I spoke to him in Castellano.

  MAL SERVICIO EN SU PAGINA WEB
  1. Me dividieron el pedido en trozos..
  2. Tardaron 1 MES en entregar la totalidad del pedido, y encima lo han hecho mal
  3. Solo te dan la opción de llamar a 902 y pagar, llamas y no te atienden
  
  Todavía espero una solución. Servicio al cliente básicamente no hay..
  SON UN DESASTRE -> NO COMPRO NUNCA MAS!!!

  The store is not so big compared to other fnac branches.

  Sellers were not helpful. They made us go back to the hotel to pick up the original passport to get tax-free , but actually, it was not necessary. We could have shown our original documents from Brazil.
