The best lamb in sepulveda!! They only serve lamb, with a salad and their red house wine -delicious!

A must if you are a lamb fan. Baked in a wood fueled Owen the choice it is easy: salad, lamb and wine. No more choices available but the the quality of the lamb and how they cook it makes your day! For dessert try the ponche segoviano, a local speciality. Delicious. Family run for at least 3 generations. You can book but always gets crowded. It is a good choice to finish your day if you go to Sepulveda sight seeing or for sports (canoeing at the Duraton river). They don't serve coffee.

Cordero exquisito pero la ración es por cuartos delanteros o traseros, un cuarto es escaso para tres personas. El servicio a la mesa es rápido. No hay café ni infusiones. El local está limpio, que es lo importante, sin lujos, pero tampoco se fija uno porque no se levanta la vista del cordero

Si tienes la suerte que te de un cordero recién hecho, magníficosi te da uno recalentado, pues mala suerte, no vuelves y ya está. Te lo sirven todo en 3 minutos para que te vayas rápido y volver a cubrir la mesa, ese es el motivo por el que no dan café nunca. No aceptan tarjetas. La decoración tal como estaba cuando paraban las diligencias, no han pintado tampoco.

Si lo que quieres es comer cordero, este es tu lugar. De hecho, no tendrás ni que pedir la carta. Al llegar, te traen el pan y la ensalada. Unos minutos después traerán media fuente con el cordero asado al horno de leña. Al terminar, el camarero se acercará a preguntar cómo estaba y si queréis otra fuente. Los postres caseros también son recomendables. 100% recomendable.
