En Internet el horario de tarde de los viernes es de 16:00 a 20:00 horas, hago 50 km para encontrarme el negocio cerrado.

A well-stocked DIY store with good prices.
You can get most of your DIY necessities here.
When you go in, you'll see aisles with shelves at the front of the shop, with the desk for paying. But walk towards the back and you'll see a counter with a couple of staff and often people queuing to be served. This is where you get anything that isn't on display on the shelves. Quite often the people waiting there are tradesmen, which tells you that it's a good place to shop.
The problem may be, of course, that you don't know what it's called in Spanish. Good luck with trying to get it from a dictionary! My suggestion is that you do a Google Images search on your phone, and go there with the photo ready to show them.
Once you have got your required screws, widgets or whatever from the counter at the back, you go to the pay desk at the front.
