  Very disappointed with the service. After paying 80 euro for the courier to receive the documents for my shipment, the bill of lading was missing. Turns out they sent me the eur-1 document only and the bill of lading was still at the shipping line unfinished and they had no idea, I had to pay extra $350 at the port on top of 80 euro that I paid for the courier just because the papers were late and the person Andreea in charge of my shipment did not do her job and she even did not apologised. I do not recommend this company and will never work with them again.

  I don't think you understood my review quite well, what I said was I paid $350 EXTRA on top of what I had should of paid because of you, the goods were ready to be picked up last week and I would have paid normal charges, however because the bill of lading was not ready because of you, I had to pay this extra $350. The moment you received my payment ( I sent the payment when the vessel was on route ) and asked you to mail the document, you had to call the shipping line and get the bill of lading ready and sent it original document along with the eur1 document. You did not send the original with the courier, you did not do a telex release at the time when you received the payment, you waited for my call after a week when I received from the courier the eur1 document only, until then you contacted the shipping line. Please don't misinform people on the lack of your responsibility.
