The hotel is very nice. The location is a little far from the airport, but it is worth it when you arrive. The room is very clean and has nice modern decor. The food is also very good and varied, with so much choice! Staff have been very friendly. Literally can't say anything bad about this hotel!!

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, the food was first class and varied, hotel and grounds very well kept also the beach just outside. There was only a couple of things that need to be addressed and they are that there is a distinct lack of hand drying facilities in the toilets, the music round the pools was I am sure well outside permitted safe decibels for human ears and lastly whilst there were more than enough sunbeds available, some chairs would have been nice for older peoples comfort. Will definitely be going back again.

Really nice hotel and area. Could improve a couple of things(paying for the indoor pool and other restaurants, quality of the food (although it tastes nice)) , but overall, a lovely hotel and lovely family environment.

Not catering for vegan, after travel rep told us they would when they took our monies, room is very basic, no tea of coffee making facilities, two single beds put together to make a bigger bed, only problem is I keep falling through gap, very disappointed with arrive as we arrive after 1 in morning, and no greeting or welcome drinks
Not coming back and will pass on to vegan society about lack of food, sure this is a human rightresponse / report this review -

Booked this holiday as an all inclusive package in a lesser known area (to us Brits) of Spain. First the things to be aware of: the transfer time from Faro airport is 2 hours +. As long as you are prepared for this its not so bad (that was with just 2 other hotels dropped off before us). Secondly, the rooms (suites) are not especially big, in fact pretty small. But once you get over this first impression the room serves you well enough so dont be put off. Cleaned every day. Strangely in a junior suite with cooker, fridge and sink there was no cutlery or crockery in room - strange. Even glasses for a drink would have been useful but you could get plastic cups from poolside bar so no problem. Hotel itself was pretty good. Nice pools which despite a busy hotel were never overcrowded and always a sunbed somewhere. Nice friendly staff. Good choice of food from hotdogs and burgers to fish, steak, salads, continental or full english breaksfasts, a mexican restaraunt and an italian plus more. Nice long beaches. Warm sea. Local shops/supermarket literally just a 5 minute stroll for gifts and drink and snacks for your room for when you cant be bothered going downstairs.
Would i go recommend. Yes i would. Especially for families.response / report this review -

The food is cold, not coocked wel and the service isn't good. The bartender never laughs. He sighs when he has tot give you a cocktail. The waitline for the check in if you have a question or want tot rent a bike is so long. You always have to wait so long when you need to ask something. It's an all inclusive vacation but it don't feels like that. I'm disapointed. The only thing good about this vacation in this hotel is my company and the pool!!
