I did not like it too much since when they treated me they were quite sharp, also they passed the comb with enormous force and without care. And the most important thing is that after the treatment and the 2 check-ups, I got lice again. It is not effective, I did not like it.

Very good service, our treatment was half done by the Covid and immediately after opening we have been attended to, the manager is very friendly and very professional and is always there to help

They are professional and very thorough eliminating these critters and one day they even did a very cool hairstyle for my daughter. The best thing is that you leave clean, but not to not get it again you have to change sheets, towels, combs, put a rag in the chair of the car, the cart, etc. The only thing I did not like is the policy they have for the reviews, if you can not go on the date indicated or call later than the date they have given you, you lose the option to check yourself for € 20 and you have to pay the 50 € again I have seen them not very flexible in that regard.

I went with my daughter several years ago (we did both the treatment) and the truth is that, except for the attention, which is correct but excessively dry and rough, without offering too many facilities or anything, it worked well. I did not think it was as super professional as advertised, everything seemed a little shabby in general (including space, very very small), but the important thing is the result and we did not have to go back (until now , four or five years later, they have returned the "invaders" to see how it is). She was also a niece before and ended up happy.

Bad attention from the person at the reception, which I fear is the owner too. I call to make a revision and he tells me in very bad ways that it has been too long for it to be included in the initial price even though I religiously paid the 70 euros. It is not that he is not right, they are the ways of saying it. Absolute lack of education! Not only have you lost a client, but I will not talk well about this company.
