Nice hotel girl to stay at if you just want to relax. It's not very close to anything, so plan on having a car if you want to do anything. We stayed mood October and at the time the temperature was cool enough to make the pool/beach not very enjoyable, likely better during Warner weather.

Pretty far away from any center, especially if you don't have a car. Room was big an clean, with nice view. 30euro buffet.

The pools and views are amazing. The rooms are really comfy too, with massive bathrooms and nice showers. The WiFi is terrible, I had to resort to using 3G roaming. The food is ok. Overall would visit again.

We had been speaking with the hotel prior to our wedding anniversary and even emailed them a few times and got everything confirmed. We arrived there on the 7th, initially got a glass of bubbly and then discussed our room. We got signed in, paid and then went to our room. It was warm, had a noisy air conditioning unit above, not the balcony we said and no jacuzzi bath neither, everything we discussed. Plus the room wasn't very clean, the table was dirty and so were the sinks and this was mean't to be a 5-star resort! We complained, took ages for them to resolve, got shown another room which wasn't suitable, then got given a temporary room where we discussed with the managers what is happening and how disappointed we were. Eventually, they could not offer what we booked, even after all of that communication and to make things worse, 3 waited hours for our cases to be sent to the room. In the end we got a full refund, I had to deal with a very upset wife and arrange another hotel about 40 minutes away, which was a 4-star and was a £1000 cheaper and much better than this hotel by a long way. I really cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, it is expensive, poorly run and not a 5-star resort at all.

A bit stuck in the 80's needs a serious upgrade and the smallest bar ever for such a massive hotel. The rooms didn't have any hair conditioner for my wife's hair, something a 5 star hotel should provide, even the low budget hotels provide this. So I had to walk across motorway to Aldi. The Spa was fun for 30 mins too cold at this time of year for the outside pool. Breakfast was ok but terrible coffee from an automatic machine.

Perfect hotel! Very nice and spacious room, beautiful hotel, delicious meals, lovely staff, very good spa, stunning view from our room, the sea is just a few steps away and a very good piano in the Piano Bar. We had 3 fantastic days there. Loved it. Would definitely go back! Thank you Xx

Pretty nice hotel and excellent staff, but it's like a 4-5 star hotel, not like 5*GL as they show. Anyway it's an excellent choice.

Out of season stay over on the weekend including a free upgrade. Friendly service, excellent rooms. Other opinions mention dated interior but that is only true to some extend. Everything works, everything looks nice. Only if you specifically look you see that some things are not brand new - so what? Spa is awesome and very quiet in December

The hotel looks very grand when you walk into the lobby but the rooms don't deliver the same impression. They are a great size but outdated, dusty and falling apart, our room for example one socket was hanging off the wall and the ceiling fan didn't function.
The pool is big but due to it being open to children as well quite loud however there is a second adult only pool and sun lounge section and I recommend this highly!
We were half board and the food was fine, not the greatest but not the worst.
Overall the hotel does feel grand and 5star when you walk in but it soon feels more like 3 or 4 star due to the little things that let it down which is a shame when you are paying 5 star prices.
