Good friendly service. Nice roast baby pork, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. They actually cut the entire baby pork with just a plate and after which they smash the plate on the floor.

I came in by myself and only ordered a fish dish and a drink as I have small appetite. The waitress was very nice and attentive, but the manger and other waiters were like "whatever". When the manager gave me the bill, he dropped from like a meter from the table - very 'polite'. Except the waitress, not another waiters said thank you when I was leaving. Then I realised why, when I was leaving, two tour groups came in. obviously I got discriminated as I didn't spend enough.

Awesome place in Segovia to try cochinillo. The cochinillo is so tender that they make a whole show cutting it into pieces with a plate and right after they smash the plate on the floor. Very recommended.

Could not believe how inexpensive this super restaurant was, menu of the day is really value for money (three courses) we couldn't have eaten another morsel. The waitress's were great too, very patient with non Spanish speakers. What a find!

Good customer service but wouldn't say their pig is good as Jose Maria. If really need to eat there stay with pig and avoid other food. Monk fish dish called "rape a la Americana" used not so fresh ingredients. Their huge bean soup is way too salty. Avoid EATING their house bread, it's not complimentary and they charge 1.25 euro per person. Also avoid their bottled "mineral water," they basically used in house filtered tap water and reuse water bottle to pretend new. They charge 4 euro for that. They don't show you the bottle cap. If want water, order sparkling water because they can't fake it.

Good and fast service. The food is OK and the cuchinillo, although not sliced with a plate (it was served already sliced) was well baked. Great bread and a very reasonable house wine.
