  Nice pools and good food but we were disappointed they kept closing restaurants and swim up bar and turnt bubbles off in pool. They are not geared up for English people at all. The whole hotel is taken over by Spanish and German people so did not make it a very friendly place. The staff were very good but could have been better to the English. The entertainment was awful and my son was pushed into the pool by one of the entertainers who had never even spoke to my son or knew if he could swim or not. When we voiced our concerns to the Manager Mohammed he was awful and really did not care. We will definitely not be going back again.

  Hotel and service is fantastic. Only thing I would change is a room refurb ( showing it's age) and new mattresses as they're really hard. Staff have made us feel very welcome and the pools are amazing!!!!

  Back for our third October stay! Love this place. Very clean, excellent food, comfortable beds, great staff. What more can I say?

  such a beautiful place, with truly dedicated staff! they made me feel so welcome and the sport activities throughout the day were really fun! it was such a relaxing holiday, and I hope to come back in the future!

  Excellent for families. It's a BUTLINS in Spain. Too many children. Children running around during dinner. Baby buggies everywhere. Beach 77 steps down. I'll look for adults only for sure next time. On the positive. It's clean. Fantastic staff.

  Lots of pools to choose from. Great food selection at the various restaurantsbut the best part for me was how helpful and inviting all the hotel staff were. Would highly recommend.

  Good food. Terrible service They don't speak english! Animators singing from tape And when they speak in english you are not sure what language is that Akward! Lack in the hotel and sport equipment as well

  Great hotel. Great food & good entertainment. Stepped outside a couple of times to go on the beach which is just a short walk away.

  Been going to Rui hotels chains for a while and really love them. The good is great here, good number of pools. Went in May 2015 so it was fairly quiet and the pools were cold but this didn't bother us.
  
  Great entertainment for the kids
  
  Good selection of food and alcohol
  
  The beach is a great walk which is few minutes outside the gates complex but be warned there are some steep steps to get down.
  
  Overall great experience
