First of all, impeccable English, so no language barrier problems, which can sometimes lead to problems/misunderstandings. He was very thorough & informative, & also very gentle. We have a cat who can be very aggressive with strangers, but he seems to have the knack of calming animals down. He spends time with you discussing the problem.Wish my GP was like him. Very reasonably priced.
