Lamentables, he ido esta mañana a la 13.25 buscando una bici y me han dicho literalmente que era tarde y no me iban a atender. La chica no ha mostrado ningún interés y se puede decir que nos han echado de la tienda. Penoso trato al cliente!!!

When I arrived at Bilbao I was looking for a place to fix a broken spoke. I was in other places (other towns) before but everywhere I needed to leave the bike in the shop or they did not have the parts. For a bike tourer that means finding a place to stay, getting your luggage there and bringing the bike into the shop. At Ciclos Zubero they had a look at it and took the bike into the workshop at once. It did not take long and while waiting I had a look at their other stuff. The repair was done professionally snd gor a good price. Sadly the shop jerseys where sold out in my size. I would have bought one to show off at home. Keep up the good work. One happy customer

5 stars isn't enough. Friend had an issue with her rear hub not freewheeling. Found out that somewhere from the bike being broken down for shipping and it being put back together in Bilbao a part was lost. These guys came up with a solution very quickly and saved my friends cycling vacation. They went above and beyond and highly recommend if you are in the area.
