The other day I couldn't find the house key and I called him, thanks to him he opened the door without breaking.

Terrible service. It took him half an hour to come (being 5 minutes from here), he came without the appropriate material, he went to get him (supposedly it was going to take 10 minutes and it took more than half an hour to hang up the phone when I called him - I was about to call another locksmith-), I was more concerned with answering the cell phone and fixing her personal problems than taking my little girl out of the bathroom where she had been locked up and when she finished, she left the door smashed. Of course: "tell the insurance that you have done it." In total: an hour and a half to force the door to get the girl out. Shameful.

Anoche llamé. Me pidieron los datos, y el estado de la cerradura. Indiqué todo. Pregunté si tardaban, me dijeron que no.
Lamento informar que ni se presentó nadie, ni llamaron para avisar ni interesarse por la situación, ni me atendieron en las llamadas que realicé posteriormente.
