Ophthalmology consultation. They have attended me punctually and have given me a complete review, beyond the problem that has led me to the consultation. I have been summoned for a complementary test. very satisfied
I totally abandon the patient, they send me a treatment for a stye, which I have been suffering from since November, and after the second visit they give me an appointment for September 1, and it is May 20!!!!!, how many attempts do I make to put a little sense in the situation are fruitless. That yes, they assure me that the little fabric that I have in my eye as a result of the lack of adequate medical attention will surely have to be removed surgically, in addition to the stye. Does not want. throw me out, assures the doctor that she couldn't be more cavalier and less humane. Public health only works well when they charge me and I pay for it, very expensive, by the way!!!…
The humane treatment that is generally given to patients by the staff of the health center is unfortunate. From the first moment you enter to be attended to at reception, the people who are there to manage your doubts, needs, emergencies, seem more concerned with not having to work or make things easier for you, than with serving you as you really deserve.
Coming with an emergency report due to a previous misdiagnosis by the GP and being told at reception that you should have returned to the emergency room if you didn't notice any improvement, seems unfortunate to me.
I believe that if you are sick, the last thing you need is to turn medical care into a fight for fundamental rights.
I would like to point out that the general practitioner, due to the rush to spend no more than 2 minutes per patient, misdiagnosed a flu that was complicated by inadequate treatment, forcing me to go to the emergency room, being sicker every day so that They ended up diagnosing me with the beginning of pneumonia that could have been even more complicated if I had not decided to go to the hospital. All due to the rush of wanting to attend to the greatest number of patients in the shortest possible time, since he did not even take my temperature when I previously told him that I had a fever.
In conclusion, every time I get sick in this town and I have to go to this health center, I get the thousand evils of knowing that not only am I going to be poorly treated, but that I am going to have to fight so that health professionals they want to perform their role.
Sorry, THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE AT ALL. In the end you have to go in person with the girl with a fever. You arrive and they tell you that they are not going to see her, that the pediatrician calls you (they must have the power to find out by phone what is happening to the child). In the end you have to go to the Hospital. Poor emergency pediatricians at the Hospital de San Lorenzo, they are doing the work for those at the health center. We citizens do not know what has happened but we are outraged with the service since COVID. Terrible management of the center and attention. The medical staff is good at pediatrics but you're not going to get appointments. Trash tax money.
Seeing and living the circumstances in which we have been for no less than 2 years I understand that they cannot cope with answering the phone every time one needs it. Every time I go to the center they treat me with kindness and closeness. All administrators are great. My family doctor is extraordinary! Our pediatrician is excellent! I could not be more satisfied and happy with all of them.
Each one of them is giving the best of themselves and even the impossible to satisfy the needs of each one of us and we are not few! Thanks! Thank you for everything you are doing for us!
En mi dilatada experiencia con este centro, la palabra que mejor le define es mediocridad.
Personal muy majo
