I use the swimming pool and hydro massage and steam room. I think these facilities are very good.

The facilities are ok, but looks like the management just doesn't care about anything! They don't turn on the AC! So in the dressing rooms when you are getting dressed you are also sweating! According to them some people might get sick due to the cold air! Come on! Please! This is Spain in the middle of the summer! And it's not only the heat, it's the smell of the dressing rooms, then there's the people who throw all kinds of trash in the floor, again in the dressing rooms! Looks like the Spanish People like to dry their feet with toilet paper and then simply throw it on the floor! DISGUSTING! The showers are always broken and management simply don't care!

This review is based on trying to use the swimming pool on a one-off basis, I have no experience of the gym or other facilities.
As a tourist, trying to bring my family to the swimming pool involved bringing photo ID and filling out forms. I just wanted to go for a swim, not apply for a mortgage. This whole process took 20+ minutes. The fun was then taken out of the experience by being told I needed to wear flip flops. I was then told I couldn't use a ball in the water. After making several complaints to the staff, and by the official complaint book, i stopped swimming at this pool, the reason ? Poor hygiene, having had 3 ear infections after swimming at these facilities, i noticed the majority of people don’t shower before entering the pool, they seem to think the pool is a bath, after my complaints nothing has been done and nothing changed, the staff does not check, and there are no signs telling people showering before entering the pool is obligatory,
Personally i think it is disgusting, and i hope things will change in the future, because the pool itself is beautiful ,response / report this review -

Las instalaciones están bien, pero en mi opinión debería haber más oferta en las claves dirigidas. Clases con horarios estables y no casa día a una hora, no favorecen a la constancia .
