  Es agradable para pasear, tomarse un café o té o cenar. Tiene buena oferta de restaurantes, un gimnasio low cost, un supercor y la Casa del libro. Los precios son asequibles ya que están frente al campus universitario de Ramón y Cajal. También tienen descuentos para estudiantes. Y WiFi gratuito.

  Good parking, which in Sevilla is not that easy to find!
  
  Unfortunately, the excellent book shop closed down in 2016 leaving an ugly empty space. The small supermarket is OK, nothing special.
  
  But the car parking, although pricey, is usually available. A big plus.

  Es un pequeño centro comercial. Pero no hay muchas tiendas. Más que nada bares y restaurantes. No es barato.

  Desde la planta de arriba tienes unas vistas geniales del parque que hay justo enfrente.
  Tienes un Supercor, un Foster's Hollywood, un gimnasio, Correos Sin embargo, está bastante desaprovechado el centro comercial en general. Está muy bien situado, pero es un poco triste, soso No suele verse mucha actividad en él.

  Variedad de bares donde tomar un café tranquilamente y comer o cenar . Cercano a un parque ideal para niños con zona para perros.

  Un centro comercial que queda un poco más "despoblado" en comparación con Nervión. Muy céntrico y con las tiendas clásicas y un gimnasio low cost. Carece de cines.
