We are still waiting for the salesperson to call us back to make a date. There were only excuses, they missed it, if they had come (we already had the budget) they would have taken the job. In the end, we contacted another company in Roda de Bera who made it a little cheaper and in one day.
It's a shame, not for losing the customer, but for the image they give. I hear "Canalum" and I refer wrong.

I provide the information they request: The budget was in the name of my husband and the town of Pallaresos (Tarragona). The commercial was Santi (from Tot Canal). I provide the data so that they see that it is not false. However, do not worry that we have already solved it. Greetings.

A scam from one of his commercials, the farm work is not well done, part of the roof was punctured and water has leaked to me. When I told them, they don’t come to fix me, they tell you they’ll come and nothing, no matter how much you tell them I was spoiling myself inside. An unpresentable.

Finally, the company Canalum has helped me to mediate and reach an understanding with the salesman who (without them being aware of it) had done the job badly and did not take care of us when we told him that we were leaking water for what he had done. on the roof. Thanks
