  Great food at bar facilities good reception staff very friendly bar one in particular very stone faced and abrupt needs a job she enjoys

  Excellent site with good facilities nice bar cafe . CAUTION. If you have a larger rig or a towing a caravan or trailer make sure you drive to the site from the East San Sebastian side .The western approach is up over a steep twisty and narrow mountain road .. Very Scary

  Well located to cycle (steep hill) or local regular bus to San Sebastian. Good pool, restaurant, shop and camping pitches. Make sure you book ahead

  Staff in both reception and restaurant were thoroughly unfriendly. Several times we (and others) were told that something wasn't possible/available but if you stand your ground it miraculously becomes available. Good location for San Sebastian but the system of not being able to make a reservation (which is true for all campsites in the area) means that tourists are left frantically driving round all the sites in the area and then facing a scrum in reception like the one in Igueldo. Campervan area here (where we spent one night before they deigned to let us into the main site) is hideous - see photo. Once on the site, that facilities are adequate.

  An excellent site. Friendly, helpful staff. Bus service to San Sebastian every 30 minutes from just outside camp gates. Very clean and well appointed bungalows. Pool was very clean with a life guard. Bar food on site was very good and reasonably priced.

  Unfriendly and unflexible staff. In addition a minimarket with extremely high prices, e.g. 1,60€ for 1l of water. For a camping car with 2 adults and 2 children you have to pay appr. 50€ per night. For this i had expected more.

  I was a bit nervous having read other reviews, but I've got to to say that other than the mosquitoes, I really enjoyed my stay. The facilities were excellent and clean, and the new pool was great (nice temperature). Our pitch was near the top of the hill, so all the facilities were close. There is an excellent bus service from right outside the campsite into town - the campsite is the end of the line, so it's dead simple. The only blight on our stay were the mosquitoes who kept us up at night and left us with many bites. Not much the campsite could do about that, but you have been warned! 😀

  We had a bungalow which was far from luxurious but it had beds, a bathroom and power and that's the only thing we needed for the night.

  we stayed here for two nights with our tent.
  
  Expensive campsite where backpackers are not welcome. you need a big caravan and much money to get friendly service especially from the little guy at the reception.
  
  The place to sleep was lighted all night long and you have no privacy because of the cameras.
  Furthermore you have no possibility to fix a clothline. the parcels were very small and the ground was very hard and without dense grass coverage.
  
  it takes a long way from most of the sites to the bathrooms. the little supermarket is expensive but you get all things you really need.
  
  Bathrooms were clean and you have the possibility to wash and dry your clothes.
  
  The camp site is up on the mountain and you can get there by bus for about 1,5 euro per person, so quite ok.
