  Costaluz won two cases for me, one of which after I was told by three other lawyers that I had no case. I wished I'd found out about Costaluz from the start! I also recommended them to friends, with success every time. I couldn't recommend them enough. The legal system is slow in Spain but at least with Costaluz it's effective.

  We could recommend this company for all the work carried out on our behalf to retrieve large deposits paid into a Spanish bank account and no bank guarantee provided. We received a very clear plan of how much this would cost for costaluz lawyers to take the bank to court. At every stage from being settled out of court or ending up in court we were made fully aware of costing in advance and were able to weigh this all up before embarking upon a long journey with them. Costaluz lawyers won the case on our behalf. We went to court and saw them in action and we have nothing but admiration for the skill to achieve what they did . It's been a year now since we won our full money back and we were just talking about it recently and said if we had to do it again we would have no hesitation in picking this company . They are heads and shoulders above the rest . Thanks again María and team .

  To the protection of the company and truth: there were investigations carried out to find out on securitisation of the debt without no provision charged. As the first locator could not find the information, we had to resource to a new one for which we needed ( as anticipated) a small provision of funds. We have not damaged your interests in any way. In any case, as already stated in our email, we are happy to see if we can still provide a service to you.

  I contacted these lawyers in MAY 2017 - This was the answer I received: We will be pelased to communicate with the Bank and oppose your rights.
  A very effective tool is the sale of the deby to a third party, which
  together with claims on floor clause, associated costs and any other
  possible abusive clause could produce a good negotiated result.
  
  We would need you to send to us your mortgage deeds. There is no cost
  for our initial appraisal but we subhire the services of a professional
  to look for the securitization of the mortagge, which can play a
  definitive role in the negotiation. You just need to pay an initial
  amount of 20€ and a final fee if the debt is found as being securitized.
  This final fee is of 390€ ( if the lended amount was lower than 250k
  euros) and 490€ ( if the amount was higher). It is just charged if the
  credit is found among securitized ones. The search can last up to 6 months.
  
  In the meantime, we will start initial negotiations with the bank based
  on floor clauses, and paid expenses which will certainy have an effect
  on their repossession behaviour.
  
  AS CLEARLY STATED IN THEIR INITIAL EMAIL - "no cost for initial appraisal" - A month later I am told they're working on a good appraisal but holiday time etc so would be another few weeks. A month later - I am asked for money! More than €100 and no action or appraisal to be heard of Around three months now since I contacted them - Why wasn't this made clear before? I lost confidence and felt a lot of time wasted. Hard to get a transparent answer and did not like the attitude much of the solicitor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SOLICITOR
