  We were guided entirely by this lawyer's office. Buying abroad is utterly different legislation from our country. They took the time to listen and the patience to answer all our questions. It gave us all the trust necessary through the process. It is a very empathetic office with outstanding professionalism.

  When purchasing our apartment, C&D enlisted the help of applicants. This office lawyer was recommended to us. And we were very happy about that. This law firm is honest, customer-friendly, multi-language including Dutch and is very good at communication. A purchase in Spain/abroad is always exciting, but the purchase process is in good hands through this lawyer office!

  I have enjoyed a very positive experience with C&D solicitors. Both Gustavo and Paula have been wonderful to work with and have helped make what could have been a difficult experience into a very straightforward one. They were always there with help and advice which was especially useful as buying a home in a foreign country when you don't speak the language could have been very trying but it all went beautifully. They have continued to reach out and give further assistance beyond their remit - i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a home in Spain, i really can't thank them enough.
