We cannot thank Marta from the Bodas team enough for organising our dream wedding. She was able to help and guide us on every aspect of the planning so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Marta was patient and helpful, caring and attentive, responded to all our questions promptly, and put our minds at ease. She made planning the wedding easy and we couldn’t have done it without her. She is AMAZING and such a sweet person and we couldn’t recommend her enough. All the vendors that were recommended were also incredible. Everything was perfect, flawless, we wouldn’t change a thing. It was the best day of our lives and we will be forever thankful. If I could give more than 5*s I would! It was a privilege to have Marta as a part of this special chapter in our lives.

We can't give more than 5*s but would if we couldWe spent around 2 years and 3 separate trips to Seville with the Bodas Del Sur team, particularly Miriam and Ana, planning our wedding which took place over 3 days in Seville this May.
It's fair to say we were pretty unorganised and slow to respond to emails etc but Miriam and Ana were super positive, patient and amazing to work with the whole time (even putting up with our pitiful Spanish attempts)
They definitely went above and beyond coming up with ideas and suggestions and have amazing relationships with the best suppliers in Seville which led to a truly magical three days for us and our guests who were blown away with the quality of the food, venues and ambience for all of the days
Unfortunately due to weather we had to completely re-plan the wedding day the week/even morning of the wedding. We honestly couldn't have pulled that off without the team who pulled in extra hands and worked tirelessly to ensure none of the guests knew anything was meant to be any other wayThey really tried to stay extra positive and supportive despite the stressful conditions and we all agreed the end result was better than that we had first planned!!
Not only were Miriam, Ana and Javi amazing to work with they are all the sweetest, loveliest people who are fun to be around. They are 100% invested in the weddings they plan and really go above and beyond to make sure their clients have weddings that go beyond their wildest expectations. We know that we now have friends in Seville for life and we honestly have no regrets about choosing Bodas Del Sur to be our planners!

Martina, Perrine, and the Bodas del Sur team were pivotal in making our wedding one of the happiest and most magical days of our lives.
We first engaged with them six months before our wedding date, in November/2022, looking specfically for help around (i) decoration (ii) flowers (iii) day-of-coordination, and (iv) vendor management (DJ, photography, venue, etc.). We live in the US and were planning the destination wedding in Spain from abroad. Needless to say, we needed a vendor with local presence to get us the vendors and decor we needed.
1) Communication: Our interactions were almost all online for the entire duration of the planning, and we visited Seville once to see the venue and meet with them in person to discuss details and visit vendors (particularly flowers). They were responsive both via email and whatsaap and we didn't have any friction in this area. Also, perfect english all around and perfect spanish (obviously) were fundamental to pull this wedding off from another country. Perfect experience.
2) Decoration and vendors: Another gold star for the BdS team. They not only provided us (great) vendors for the services we had mapped, but also came up with good ideas and great suggestions (i.e. the mirror glass bar oh my god - see pictures attached - got compliments from our guests all night). The lighting in the dining reception was also stunning, and Martina and team managed to create a romantic elegant vibe that everyone loved. We thought their taste was very chic and elegant all around.
Additionally, we had already hired our own DJ at the time and did not follow their recommendation of vendor, which was a mistake on our end in my opinion. Nonetheless, they managed the DJ and sound staff very well and perfectly took it off our plates. Kudos again to the team.
3) Day of Coordination: This was perhaps their most important job in my opinion, and one that is not reflected in the pictures. Perrine and Martina were at our hotel the day before our wedding to align on all decor/flow/management aspects and last minute decisions. On the day of, they made sure my wife and I didn't have to manage our own wedding and could enjoy our day with our friends and family to the fullest. Also, the minute-by-minute ceremony coordination with the music was perfect. Not good - perfect. Thanks, Martina and Perrine. Good work with the DJ. Everything went very smoothly, and we couldn't thank them enough at the end. Seriously, we noticed zero issues during the wedding day, which in my view is very rare.
In summary: great ideas all around and excellent execution. The Bodas del Sur team provided amazing decor and vendor options, and went over the top to ensure the delivery and execution were on point while making it look easy.response / report this review -

Ana and the team at Bodas del Sur were instrumental to us having the perfect day! They were extremely responsive and thought of lots of details I would have missed. It made it so much easier to have someone there on the ground we trusted while trying to organise a wedding from abroad.
They also made sure the day itself ran so smoothly and I felt I didn’t need to worry about anything except enjoying my day as well as helping us source a venue and run the second day of our wedding which was a bit trickier than we thought but the team were great at getting it over the line and coming up with lots of suggestions! We want to say that our perfect wedding would not have been possible with any regular wedding planner. The amount of special requests and unusual setting (for a wedding) would probably be too far out of the ordinary for most organisers. But instead of dismissing our ideas, they lit up with enthusiasm. We could really feel their passion and it made us feel more confident to proceed with how we wanted our wedding to look like, not how a wedding is "supposed" to look like.
It was a bespoke event and tailored specifically for us and our guests.
Our wedding events took us on a journey through the heart of Seville, its famous bars, public spaces, streets and the park, metres away from Plaza de España. They connected us with local artisans, whose work we shared with honour.
Our guests (who came from all over the world) were able to take part in a real cultural experience that very few tourists get to enjoy.
It was an honest pleasure to work with Miriam and Perrine, they were always responsive and accommodating. We understood each other effortlessly. They fearlessly negotiated on our behalf with all the vendors, and we are confident that they saved us far more money than their wedding planner services cost.
They are responsible for our brightest memories and we will forever be thankful to them for it.response / report this review -

If Seville is where you want to get married I would definitely recommend using Bodas del Sur. We worked closely with Laura, who has such an enthusiastic yet efficient approach to things. We felt we could be totally ourselves when conveying what we had in mind and developed, along the months, a really friendly relationship. There were a lot of laughs along the way which made the process so much more enjoyable! Laura was very good at understanding what we both wanted as a couple and was also very attentive to our families when they came for different visits as well as during the actual celebrations. From the minute the wedding festivities started, we, along with all of our guests were swept into the most festive of atmospheres. Having Bodas del Sur and Laura by our side meant that as a couple, we had the luxury of enjoying every moment of our wedding. The result of all the planning was the most happy, warm, colourful and I would even say life-affirming of celebrations. Thank you for such happy memories!

I will be eternally grateful to Javier and his team at Bodas del Sur for helping me create my fairytale wedding in Andalucia. Right from the very first contact, Javier's elegant sense of style was evident, as was his extreme efficiency. As a fashion editor, I have hard-to-meet standards and expectations, but Javier quickly aligned with my creative vision and was one step ahead from then on. The execution of the event was flawless, and the entire team, namely Inma and Martina, is just as skilled. If you are hesitating on having a wedding in Seville, or whether Bodas del Sur is the right team, DON'T.
