Reliable services provided by Biking Point. Been there many times to fix wheels, service my fork and brakes, drive train etc. Had some unusual problem with my hub but they manage to fix it and they quickly spot problem. Mechanic definitely know what they are doing. I felt secured when I pass my bike there knowing my bike are in reliable hands.

YO VENGO DE TENER UNA BICI MENOS DESARROLLADA DE LAS QUE DISPONE BIKING POINT- EN LA ANTERIOR FRANQUICIA LO CONTRARESTABAN CON EL SERVICIO POSTVENTA. Bad service after sale for a Massi trail bicycle.
Massi bike shoe broken after 1000 km/ 10 days. They never help me.
The mechanic man try to align 2 wheels on the bicycle, not on the alignment machine. If I was not there and saw it after negotiating they realign the wheels on the machine for free. Need more waiting time. They tried to charge me 40 euros to realign the wheels.
A plastic part broke and they said it is not important.
The plastic is protecting against the water and dust, in between the handle bar and the suspension.
Finally they look at you when asking something under warranty
And they always say NO.
