We contacted Addy at Berthon Palma about some concerns regarding our Mastervolt batteries on board our sailing yacht. Eventhough Berthon is very busy Addy got her colleague Richard to make himself available for a quick visit to the boat. In only a few hours since we called it was all done and we could continue our travels without concerns for our battery bank. This is the third time we have been working with Berthon Palma and every time they exceed our expectations as regards friendliness, willingness to help and know how. Amazing team, super professional, very knowledgeable and reliable. Had an unexpected problem with our prop shaft due to another company in Gibraltar doing a bad job. Berthon got us in during high season and fixed everything without a hiccup. Definitely recommended.

What a team! We could not be happier with the extraordinary level of service we have received from Andrew, Addy and every single member of staff we have had the pleasure to deal with in all aspects of our boat’s maintenance. They are extremely professional, responsive, refreshingly knowledgeable and the nicest people you could hope to work with.

I've had yacht repairs done in various parts of the World to varying degrees of success or not. But these guys are in a class of their own. They took away a sick bow thruster and in 3 days it was back, repaired, cleaned and resprayed and tested thoroughly. Perfect job. One very contented client.
