Excellent location, good medical spa faciliities at very reasonable prices. Location beautiful, outdooor pooool with natural hot water. Rooms are cosy and spacious. Service level high. Only downside was buffet dinner that was made up of cheap ingrediente and not well cooked. Breakfast however ample and good.

Great service, friendly staff very attentive and always in hand. The outdoor pool is brilliant and the spa was good too. Some of the fittings are a bit old, but it didn't affect our experience.

This was a totally amazing place. We drove here by car in the fantastic landscape of Granada hills to visit the thermal springs. It was a bit confusing where they were and if we needed to pay for it. But apperently the springs outside was free so we took a bath there. The hotel looked really nice and i would love to sleep there sometime. Why this place only gets 4 star is because it was hard to understand how everything worked there and also were there no locker room so we needed to change in the car. Otherwise this place was amazing and totally worth a visit!

Visited the Arabic Baths only. Truly relaxing and chilled experience. Even though it was summer (high) season I was the only guest using them during traditional siesta time. Thanks to Antonio for walking me through the various spa experiences. Well worth a couple of hours to disconnect and enjoy natural thermal waters of Alhama design Granada.
