We stayed on the 7th floor. The room was clean, of a good size and very modern. .more so than any pictures on the website, with a huge opening window with views over the city. Breakfast was of regular standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is accessed from the 7th floor and is really nice, as pictured, providing 360 degree views of the city. A good location. I would stay here again. I didn't see any part of the hotel run down or unclean.

Very friendly staff, within 10 minutes walk of the port and the city centre. Rooms are a bit dated and small. Bathrooms need updating to be usable.

The hotel is ok for one night, because the room was clean, but it's clear to see that it needs renovation. The floor in our room was broke and there were few things in the bathroom that wasn't ok.
The roof top was nice, great view and great service!

DO NOT STAY HERE. The Google description is totally deceiving. This place is not cozy and the rooms are definitely not sophisticated. It looks like they spruced up the breakfast area and terrace, then added stick-on wallpaper to cover the rundown hallways, and completely ignored the rooms. You can stay somewhere much nicer for the same price (the price listed on Google is also totally incorrect. You will ended up paying a lot more).

The front desk staff is friendly, but woefully ill-trained and poorly managed. For example, on the second day, I pointed out to the staff that their lobby furniture was (still) missing the cushion covers. See the photo--it was obvious, yet why hadn't any staff noticed over several days?

My biggest grievance that they gave me a crib with a broken railing and a mattress that was too small. My child ended up falling into the crack between the mattress and the side of the crib. I asked for a replacement crib, and they got it from a sister hotel. Why didn't they do that in the first place? Why would a hotel have an unsafe product on hand instead of replacing it with the proper item? Terrible.

This hotel is ideally located in central Malaga, near the marina and old town. It's a simple, 3 star hotel with a fantastic roof top bar. I'd definitely recommend it and I'd stay here again.
