horrible experience!!! I asked for a subtle balayage and I got full blonde balayage..this guy pulled my hair sooooooo much my head hurted for days after! When he was done I told him it was way too blonde and he said it was impossible for him to turn it down I would have to come back.I was flying back to Miami so I had no other daysthe manager over heard and booked me with someone else that it was supposed to be be a color expert ..the next morning I showed up and this same color expert told me he would not be doing my hair because he had another client that had a wedding and did not wan to run latethey put me with someone else.the color came out worst then when I came in and my hair was soooo burnt from the bleach that was horrible.I left with my hair wet and wrapped in a treatment because it looked horrible!
They had charged me $284 euros.but I got my money back..the bad news is that when I got back to Miami I had to cut all my hair off..it was completely fried! Ohhh and the guy that told me he had someone to do for the wedding was also a lie..he was just there doing his normal clients he just did not feel like fixing my mess..terrible customer service! I would never go back no I do not recommend this place to no one!response / report this review -

El trato del personal es excelente, te asesoran súper bien y con cariño. Aunque el precio es bastante alto merece la pena. A mí me hacen un balayage muy natural y se me ve un color muy bonito aún pasados 8 meses. Y el corte de pelo, lo mismo. Yo estoy muy contenta y lo recomiendo.

Lis perfecto. y me enciam me envían un correo por el tratamiento superiro por el mismo preciovaya dinero más tirado.. me ha quedado el pelo peor de lo que lo tenía--- ya no me vuelven a ver el pelo valga la redundancia

Tengo el pelo muy castigado y muy encrespado. Fui a hacerme unos de los tratamientos liss fusion que en su pagina web promocionan como el milagro para el pelo.
Cuando la chica vio mi pelo me dijo que no me recomendaba hacermelo porque estaba muy estropeado, lo que me parecio muy bien.
Pero que me recomendaba el tratamiento smooth para quitarme el encrespamiento. Le pregunte si era alguno de los que estaba en su web en promocion y me dijo que no porque era una super nuevo, pero que ella no tenia ni idea de los precios
En resumen, me clavaron 85eur por un tratamiento totalmente inutil y que no me ha hecho ningun efecto en el pelo y el encrespado. Igual o peor que nunca
Ademas, Despues, al secarme el pelo no supo hacerme un peinado desenfadado y natural y me lo secaron con unas ondas en plan rocio jurado que tuve que salir con el pelo recogido. Todas las chicas van de super modernas pero luego no saben acertar y entender el estilo de sus clientas.
En resumen, Muy caro y no lo recomiendo porque solo les interesa vender jabones y productos pero los tratamientos que anuncian en su web no los hacen y ademas no tienen efecto.

Fatal, profesionales pésimos. Nunca me habian dado tantos tirones y encima 200euros por algo mediocre.
