  Te venden todo tipo de extras y contratación de seguros adicionales ocultando información muy relevante (precio total, IVA, recargos, etc.), pero lo peor de todo, pese a realizar la reserva online, al ampliar la cobertura del seguro te cobran un 15% adicional de reserva por recogida en la estación (todo esto sin informarte previamente). Así que ATENCIÓN con AVIS!!!!

  No hay ninguna forma de contactar con ellos sin que sea 902, ni mail ni nada. Les envié un mail porque al llegar de un viaje largo no había plazas de su compañía para dejar el coche. Tuve que pegarme buscando media hora y al final tuve que dejarlo en la de otra empresa. Mandé un mail contestando a la confirmación de reserva para enviarles una foto con la localización del coche y aún estoy esperando que contacten conmigo.

  Sin ningún problema. Llegué me dieron el coche, 140€ por 10 días kms. ilimitados, lo devolví y sin problemas. Todo perfecto.

  Caution: Avis/Budget Zaragoza defrauds its customers. Avoid renting here if you can.
  
  After signing up for a long term rental (40 days), they tacked on a second contract without informing me and charged my credit card an additional €1000 over and above what I had agreed to. When I returned the car at the agreed upon date, they claimed that I had returned the car late and presented me with the bogus contract.
  
  Avoid the risk of fraud and rent from someone else.

  No aparece el telefono ni en su pagina web ni.en ningun sitio y el 902 es un contestador para cobrarte dinero. Lametable
