POR FAVOR, EVITEN LA AUTOESCULA SOY18.
Llevo luchando 4 meses para que me reintegren dinero de práticas que no hice. No contestan a los emails, y cuando se lo explicas por teléfono, al explicar que solicitas devolución te cuelgan tras mantenerte unos minutos en espera.
Si quieres realizar cualquier gestión, has de ir de forma presencial SI o SI menos para devolver dinero, en ese caso sólo podrás hacerlo por vía judicial.response / report this review -

Actualmente soy alumna de la autoescuela, me ha pasado en más de dos ocasiones que me cancelan clases a pocas horas de tener la clase (afectando mi agenda personal y laboral).
Por otro lado como ya he manifestado en persona la informalidad de un profesor en particular me parece inadmisible: las clases con esta persona siempre empiezan tarde, fuma, o come en el vehículo (con lo cual sugiero que se les de a todo el staff el tiempo necesario de descanso para que puedan tener su merecido descanso), utiliza el móvil constantemente y hasta en alguna ocasión se impacienta y levanta la voz al alumno.
De verdad, ¿hay que pagar para esto?response / report this review -

Acabo de aprobar el examen practico con la mejor profesora del mundo! Muchas gracias aTeresa por enseñarme tanto y por la paciencia que has tenido conmigo. Si vais a coger prácticas para el coche o moto os recomendaría a Teresa sin duda🤩

DONT GO THERE! Be careful, with big autoescula in Barcelona like SOY18 you will waste your time and money. They will pretend that you are not yet ready to take the exam, so you buy more classes $$$. They have too much students and the waiting list for exam and to book classes is huuuuge .Your better choose a smaller auto escuela with less students and more disponibility. I waited 8 months to take the exams with them, we were 4 students to take the driving test and 4 failed They make students wait for soo long and paid a lot of classes so the exam day everyone arrived super stressed (if you fail you go on the waiting list againand you will probably have to take more classes not to loose your driving skills during the time you wait$$$)
Except that, the driving teachers are really skilled and friendly, and the online platform make it easy to book your driving lessons. But that the only good point from this school. AVOID IT.
If I can give you an advice: you only have 2 years to validate the full process of your driving license, so choose a driving shcool with exams disponibility.response / report this review -

Buyer beware! Once they take your money, there is no one to talk to. They cancelled my class right before my exam, then they cancelled my exam for no reason. They cancelled my husband's classes 4 times with no notice. They also cancelled his exam date because they wanted him to buy more classes. We have been driving for 20 years already and told them we didn't need many classes, just needed to pass the exam, but if you don't purchase a minimum amount of classes, they don't allow you to present yourself to the exam. It's been 3 months and we are still waiting for our refund!
