Aquest any 2021 m'està tocant ser president de la comunitat de propietaris. Després dels problemes que hem tingut els últims anys amb un administrador de finques, hem començat a treballar amb aquesta assessoria d'barri i el canvi ha estat majúscul. Estem contents per haver canviat d'administrador de finques.

In 2019 they make a declaration of income to me and my wife and they charge us € 50 to do it, so far so good. Now we receive a notification from the tax authorities that my wife's income tax return is not correct. We contact them to ask about the advisor Mr. Elias and they tell us that he no longer works there but he will contact us as soon as possible, which he does not do. We go directly to the agency and we tell them again what is happening to us and they take our phones telling us that the advisor will look at it and that in the afternoon they call us and nothing at all. Today we are trying to call them and they do not even pick up the phone. What kind of advisory is this, unprofessional, they do their job poorly with the consequences that it leads to you in the hacienda. I don't understand how with the bad management and bad reviews they have, they are still open, deceiving people. I put a star because less can not be to publish the review

They are a total disaster, in my block they have been in charge of the installation of an elevator and they did everything the wrong thing that could be done in every way , from the negotiation with those who were going to do the work to the execution, all botched jobs, apart from destroying my apartment and not taking charge, made my life bitter. I could give more details of the bad work but the post would not reach me, but to give an example, the corridor should have a ventilation (so far so good), I arrive one good day and I find a hole that goes through my laundry! and everything to put a "window-door" of those that only open at the top and , 10 CENTIMETERS!, well, put a smaller window, 40 by 20, with its small grille, and it will ventilate more than This is not only because my house is less exposed, but also because of doing it with common sense. They have put a fence inside us that makes it even uglier (I leave the photo, and next to it is the side of the elevator but I see the neighbor HOLE! Anyway Please, do not fall with these people, they are terrible.

They are not to be trusted, they kept the security of a rental contract and they did not deposit it in incasol and they kept it, on top of that they sent a surveyor to make the habitability cell and energy certificate that was not yet needed at a price of double the stipulated and They did not want to invoice.
