It's simple, calm and super clean. They're now upgrading it to a slick new vibe. Will probably get the fifth star if I stay in the new ones new time.

The place is close to the beach and lots of small biz. From the apartments to barcelona center is about 25 mins or so. The place is nice in the outside but the appartments needs a little updating done. I would give it a 10 stars if only it was kept better from furniture to the mirrows in the bathroom should be updated, put nice one and the place will be a 10 star not a 5. They have balcony so it makes it a btful place to stay. The bathroom shower curtains were dirty and the tiles needs grout. I can tell you that this place can be updated with some nice sofa covers,nice mirrows in the bathrooms, better dinning table cover and in the bathroom puting cheap white plastic curtains and replacing them every month they still make the money back. I dont know here in spain but in the US the bathroom cheap curtains are 2 dolars so damn do that and it will look nice and clean or wash the more often because they had mold growing on them. Well everyone for the price the place is ok and you still get to enjoy the pool and beach near by so give it a try and rent them out is still a good place.

Me gusta por la bonita entrada que tiene en primavera - verano. Tiene habitación con dos camas y es agradable la estancia.

No kettle, toaster or microwave. Keys must be collected on the other side of town. Some booking sites misleadingly don't mention this. Check in 5 pm, out 10 am. Otherwise it's great, roomy, clean and kept in good condition.
